DAILY HELLO

The Daily Hello is a safety and security telephone service for citizens of the Town of Mount Royal.  The service acts as insurance, that someone who cares will be there to help at the time of illness or misadventure.

Members telephone 734-2941 Monday through Friday between 9:00 & 12 noon.  If members have not telephoned by 12 o’clock, the service person will be contacted.  This resource person may be a relative, a neighbour, a friend or a concierge.  If the resource person is not available, the community health nurse will initiate action to assure the safety of the person.

If sudden changes in plans result in members being unavailable between 9:00 and 12 noon, they can leave messages on the telephone answering machine between 1 pm and 9 am on weekdays and all weekend.

To become a member, volunteer, or to obtain more information,

please call Sylvia Adams at the Community Support Service - 514-734-2937.
